Warranty and Service
L5 will always work hard to solve any problem you might have with one of our products. We offer a one year limited warranty on all products sold. We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, or acts of nature. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. L5 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.

Product Returns
Before contacting Support, check the Help Menu contained in the app. If your problem is still not resolved, contact our Support team on our Live Chat Support, from 9am to 8pm EST Monday through Friday. You can email Support at any time at support@L5technology.com. If at that point you still require a replacement, our Support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement. All returns must be shipped to L5 prepaid. L5 will at its discretion repair or replace the unit. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support or Live Chat Support.

On Refunds
If you purchased a product directly from the L5 Technology website, we offer a 30 day refund policy.
