My remote changed recently from a full screen to a 1/2 screen which is definitely causing a problem. This appeared to change after an update thru my iPad. I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it without any success. We use a simple 2 button remote with my son, who is developmentally delayed. I have tried to email the support team twice, with no response, which is NOT sitting well with me. I am looking for some help
