My remote changed recently from a full screen to a 1/2 screen which is definitely causing a problem. This appeared to change after an update thru my iPad. I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it without any success. We use a simple 2 button remote with my son, who is developmentally delayed. I have tried to email the support team twice, with no response, which is NOT sitting well with me. I am looking for some help

The latest release gave native support for iPod rather than just a 2x iPod image. The only way to revert to the previous format is to regress to the previous version of the app. Is you use ITunes on a PC to backup your iPad you may still have the previous version available. Before you next syn check on iTunes on your PC. You may be able to delete the app on the iPad directly and copy the older version from the PC.

Any news about bringing back the full IPad screen size remote??.. The half sceen remote for IPad isn't happening. Lots of people still waiting for it and a channel interface with directv, Fios, and comcast would be nice! Thanks a bunch!

We're finishing up the programming today, and beginning testing. We plan to submit to Apple at the end of next week.

Whats the normal timeframe from submitting your update to it is avaible ?

Our experience is that it takes between 3 days and 3 weeks for Apple to approve an app update.
